Dependent upon membership level, Foundation firm members may be eligible to conduct online survey(s). The online survey is sent out to all current CHIME CIO members, and remains posted on the CHIME website for a total of 30 days. The CIO surveys are a useful resource for organizations looking for feedback/data on various HIT-related topics/interests. Upon completion of the survey (30 days), the collected raw data will be distributed to your contact in an Excel and PDF format, so that the results can be easily sorted and summarized to your firm’s specifications.
