CHIME Healthcare CIO Boot Camp Cancellation Policy
CHIME Healthcare CIO Boot Camp registrants who cancel on or before February 15, 2023, will be issued a full refund of their registration fees. Registrants who cancel after February 15 and before February 23, 2023, will be assessed a $1,000 non-refundable cancellation fee. Due to the limited capacity of this program, no refunds will be made for cancellations received on or after February 23, 2023.
Please note: Attendance is not transferable to another person or to another offering of the program.

You may cancellation by providing written notice to [email protected] at anytime prior to January 14, 2023. Cancellation Fees will apply.
There will be no refunds provided after January 14, 2023
