Mitigating Escalating IT Threat Caused by Global Conflicts
Event Information
Session Description:
Threats to the IT infrastructure are one of the biggest issues that CIOs and CISOs face every day. No matter how much penetration testing you perform or how many safety mechanisms are in place, the bad actors continuously find workarounds.
Since 2020, US Government agencies have warned healthcare about potential nation state affiliated cyber threats(1,2,3,4). Now, sources have suggested that cyberattacks may escalate due to the Russia-Ukraine war and that healthcare providers and power networks could be particularly vulnerable(5,6).
In this session, we’d like to learn about what steps healthcare CIOs and CISOs are taking to fortify their cybersecurity infrastructure in the face of increased risk.
