Multicloud deployment models are becoming commonplace across a variety of industries due to the cost and staff time required for on-premises hardware refreshes, software upgrades and data center management efforts. Healthcare is no exception, and many health systems are exploring a variety of cloud operating models (many of which include hyperscalers) to reduce expenditure, increase application efficiencies, and free up IT resources for value-based initiatives.
