• Lead the process to identify information systems needs, to define strategic and tactical projects, develop budgets, staffing plans and a realistic schedule for project initiative and completion. Presented to physician organizations and board members for strategic acceptance.

o Establishing a positive rapport with existing vendors and utilizing them in a way to enhance their product for long and short term needs
